Some of what happens during a visit
Check Smoke/CO alarms, visible fire extinguishers, accessible GFCI outlets, and basic home-safety items.
Check visible plumbing such as supply lines, drains, toilets, and any other areas for leaks or moisture concerns.
Accessible shower and tub drain cleaning.
One compatible HVAC-filter replacement and vacuuming of accessible return/supply grilles.
Check doors, windows, weatherstripping, caulking, exhaust fans, and visible exterior/drainage concerns.
Seasonal tasks such as refrigerator-coil cleaning, accessible dryer-lint-path cleaning, hose-bib/foundation-vent preparation, refrigerator-filter replacement, and basic hinge/garage-component lubrication, as applicable.
A photo report showing completed items, watch-list conditions, and recommended next steps.
*Visits are based on safe, accessible conditions and an agreed upon checklist. Repairs, specialty services, replacement materials, elevated/roof work, and work outside the standard scope are discussed and approved separately.

Quarterly Home Care starts at $495 per seasonal visit
*Final Pricing is based on home size, number of levels, safe access, property complexity, detached structures, systems, and the time needed to complete the visit thoroughly.
Most standard homes fall between $495 and $675 per visit. Larger, multi-level, second-home, or more complex properties receive a simple custom quote.
