Check visible plumbing such as supply lines, drains, toilets, and any other areas for leaks or moisture concerns.
Accessible shower and tub drain cleaning.
One compatible HVAC-filter replacement and vacuuming of accessible return/supply grilles.
Check doors, windows, weatherstripping, caulking, exhaust fans, and visible exterior drainage concerns.
Seasonal tasks such as refrigerator coil cleaning, accessible dryer lint path cleaning, hose bib/foundation vent preparation, refrigerator filter replacement, and basic garage hinge lubrication.
A photo report showing completed items, watch list conditions, and recommended next steps.
*Visits are based on safe, accessible conditions and an agreed upon checklist. Repairs, specialty services, replacement materials, elevated/roof work, and work outside the standard scope are discussed and approved separately.
